We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), restricting allowed IPs for the API and generating API keys with limited permissions.

You can delete your account from the settings. Remaining credits can be refunded. Contact support to start the process.

Common causes are: invalid number, phone switched off, full inbox, or operator blocking. Check the delivery status in your dashboard for more details.

Yes, you can use an alphanumeric Sender ID (your company name) in most countries. Some countries require prior registration of the Sender ID.
